It breaks my heart how many women carry the weight of abuse — how often it's minimised, normalized, or left unhealed. I've always felt a deep calling to change that. To offer a path to healing. Because I've walked it myself. And I know what's waiting on the other side: the life you were always meant to live.

Healing from abuse (especially when it’s emotional or sexual abuse) can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even impossible. But healing is possible. Especially with the right support.

In my coaching practice you’ll find a space where nothing about your story is “too much.” Where your truth is safe. Where your feelings are welcome. Where we walk together —at your pace— toward the life that’s been waiting for you. My coaching is trauma-aware, heart-led, and rooted in lived experience. I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer presence. Deep listening. Gentle reflection. And powerful transformation—from the inside out.
